On page 15, section 12, line 16 by striking “10 o’clock a.m.” and inserting in thereof the following: “twelve noon”

And,

On page 21, section 3, line 18, by striking “10:00 a.m.” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “twelve noon”

And,

On page 28, section 34, line 14, by striking “10 o’clock a.m.” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “twelve noon”
